While it can be used in a handheld configuration to reach tighter areas, its hose range is also quite short. It only comes with a couple of tools and brushes too, which some may find limiting.
That being said, although it has several parts that require ongoing maintenance, as long as you regularly take care of it, there are no recurring costs.
