Steps

1 cup of nicely chopped mixed veggies.

2 large eggs.

2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Grated mozzarella cheese.

1. Heat up the frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

2. Add the vegetables (The vegetables must have to be cut as thinly and small as possible so that they cook fast. Season with salt and pepper).

3. Get ready the egg mixture: 2 eggs * 2 Tbs. grated cheese *salt and pepper * 1 Tbs. olive oil Add some salt.

4. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the rice cooker bowl and spread it well.

5. Put the egg mixture on the bowl.

6. Add the vegetables and distribute them evenly in the egg mixture.

7. Set the cooker on regular rice setting.

2 tablespoons of vanilla flavoring.

2 tablespoons of brown sugar.

2. Press cook in the cooker.

Taco Meatballs

Ingredients

¼ cup bread crumbs.

¼ cup whole milk.

1 pound of ground beef.

2 tablespoons of nicely diced onion.

2 tablespoons of grated red bell pepper.

1 large egg.

2 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese.

1 tablespoon of taco seasoning.

1 teaspoon ground cumin.

2 tablespoons of olive oil.

15 ounces of can diced tomatoes with juice.

½ cup of water.

¼ cup of fresh cilantro.

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs and milk and stir to mix.

2. Add beef, onion, bell pepper, cheese, egg, taco seasoning, cumin and mix well with hand.

3. Form 20 meatballs with the mixture.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the cooker bowl, cover the cooker and set to cook until the pot is warm.

5. Cook ten meatballs for 4 minutes on all sides.

6. Repeat the process for other remaining meatballs with the oil left.

7. Put all the meatballs on the cooker bowl.

8. Add the diced tomatoes with the meatball.

8. Add some water.

9. Cook for 10 minutes.

Meatballs are ready to jump on your stomach. Transfer them to a serving dish and garnish with the cilantro.

Vegetable Rice

Ingredients

2 cups of small grain rice.

1 cup of chopped onion.

1 cup of chopped asparagus bean.

1 cup of chopped cabbage.

½ cup of chopped mushrooms.

½ cup of chopped green onions.

½ cup of chopped carrots.

½ cup of diced beef/ chicken.

4 tablespoons of soy sauce.

2 tablespoons of salt mixed with water.

1. Cook the rice as plain rice cooks on the cooker as usual but do not simmer.

2. Put the veggies on top of the rice.

3. Pour the salt mixed water.

4. Pour the soy sauce on all sides.

5. Cover the cooker.

6. Simmer until veggies cooked.

Once cooked mix the veggies and the rice together and serve it on a dish. Your vegetable rice is ready to enjoy with the meatballs.

Note: Vegetable Rice is a very healthy dish and especially for them who are on a diet.

Chicken Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

3 cloves of finely chopped garlic.

¼ pound of chopped boneless chicken.

10 medium shrimp peeled and tails left on.

1 teaspoon oyster sauce.

1 cup of chicken stock.

¼ teaspoon of salt.

¼ teaspoon of ground white pepper.

½ pound half cooked pasta.

1 cup of broccoli florets.

1 tablespoon of thinly sliced red chili pepper.

Steps

1. Add oil to the rice cooker pot, cover it, and set to Cook until the base is warm.

2. When the base of the pot gets warm, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes with continuous stirring.

4. Now add the shrimp with the chicken and cook for 4 minutes until the shrimps get red.

5. Add the sauce and the stock.

6. When starts boiling switch the cooker into warm and simmer for 8 minutes.

7. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix up well.

8. Wait till the liquid soaked up by the pasta.

Once the liquid is soaked pasta is ready to eat. Serve it with the garnishing of red chili peppers.

Note: To preserve the nice green color of the broccoli florets boil it for 30 seconds and give it a cool ice-water bath.



Chocolate Brownies

1 box of chocolate cake mix.

1 large egg.

¼ cup of water.

100 grams of unsalted butter.

1 tablespoon of icing sugar for topping.

Steps

1. Take the cake mix on a bowl.

2. Mix the egg with the mix and stir.

3. Add butter with the mixture.

4. Add water.

5. Mix up all the ingredients.

6. Brush the cooker pot with butter.

7. Put the mixture in the pot.

8. Turn the cook button on. If it turns to warm, then open it and close it again.

9. Then turn on the cook button. After 5 minutes open the rice cooker then close it again and turn on the cook button.

9. Repeat this process three times.

10. Flip the cake from the rice cooker and put it on the plate.
